专题：科技调整进后期量价配合将定反弹成色
　　汇丰控股(106.42, -0.67, -0.63%)已同意将其价值250亿美元的澳大利亚住房和个人贷款组合出售给私募股权投资公司黑石(127.75, -0.32, -0.25%)集团（Blackstone），这家总部位于英国的银行将继续重塑其业务，并专注于核心市场。
　　汇丰周五表示，Virgo BidCo将收购该贷款组合。Virgo BidCo是一家由黑石集团附属公司管理的基金全资拥有的实体。
　　汇丰表示，将在未来18个月内逐步结束其在澳大利亚的剩余零售业务。该行在澳大利亚的企业和机构银行业务、资产管理和私人银行业务将被整合到其悉尼分行。
　　这家英国银行预计将产生3亿美元的相关重组成本和减记。
