格隆汇8月20日丨中英科技(300936.SZ)公布，中英科技拟向俞彪、俞英忠、朱丽娟支付现金购买常州市英中电气有限公司51%股权。交易价格为55,998.00万元，评估基准日为2026年3月31日，业绩承诺期为2026-2028年。
标的公司与上市公司在业务、客户、技术等方面存在协同效应，有利于提升上市公司盈利能力、拓展电力设备业务布局。本次交易构成重大资产重组，需经上市公司股东会批准；交易对方承诺标的公司2026-2028年净利润分别不低于1.1亿元、累计2.3亿元、累计3.6亿元。、
